He very efficiently emailed us the financing paperwork to expedite the process. Michelle Sabracco was who I was dealing with on line and every time I had a question, it was answered very quickly. I didn't know your dealership was open on Sunday. When I seen that online, I called to make sure before I drove the 2 hours it took to get there. When I got there I discovered that Michelle was off that day and John Gilday was very helpfull and let me take a test drive. I decided right then that I was going to buy the car at Honda of Mentor. i was impressed from the moment I pulled into the lot. Being my first time in for service I was wondering around the back lot when a service tech saw me. WE actually had a signed purchase agreement with a different Honda Dealer near our home in Euclid. But after a week of excuses and no delivery date in sight I called Honda of Mentor. My experience was very good except for the fact that nobody called me when my car was done, I looked out and saw that my car was sitting in the front of the line ready to leave, I went out into the serv nobody called me when my car was done, I looked out and saw that my car was sitting in the front of the line ready to leave, I went out into the service area and my paperwork was sitting at the desk where I checked in and the representative that sat there was gone. The representative at the station beside his took over and checked me out. This was my only complaint because I did have somewhere to be and I was kept waiting when my car was ready to go!!! More
