My second time to the service department I pulled in and told them what was wrong. The service worker said do you have an appointment and I told him no he said then I can't help u. I got mad and saiid give me my keys. He said we will make u an appointment I'd didn't want u sitting here all day. They didnt ask if I could leave it. That's what I planned on doing because I had a ride. I talked to the service manager and told him what had happened and he said u do need an appointment unless your prepared to leave your car for a couple of days, A new car not even four months and all I need is a back up camera adjustment and have them look at my blue tooth, Honda of Mentor service department makes you feel like you are a bother to them More

Eddie Simmons was a great car salesman I went to Mentor Honda to lease my first new car ever. I was completely satisfied with the options the dealership had available and was not limited i I went to Mentor Honda to lease my first new car ever. I was completely satisfied with the options the dealership had available and was not limited in any way to getting a car the same day. Eddie Simmons was my car salesman and he did a great job telling me all the options that Honda had available. I went into Honda not really having any direction of the options avaible to me and I left with the best car that I could have gotten. Eddie helped me get into a brand new fully loaded civic for a great price that I am in love with. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to lease or buy a new Honda and I can guarantee you will be satisfied with what you drive off the lot with. More

Very bad experience with the service dept staff. As soon as I pulled in, all service dept employees ignored me for at least 5 minutes, acting like I wasn't there. Only me and them and they started laughing. It was a joke to them avoiding me. I was furious and when I asked for a manager, they didn't want to respond. Easy process, happy customer I went in for some information on a used Civic and walked out with a great offer on a brand new one. I was given a great offer (20% more than I was ex I went in for some information on a used Civic and walked out with a great offer on a brand new one. I was given a great offer (20% more than I was expecting) on my trade, which let me make a small down payment to pay off the negative equity in it and walk out with the keys to a brand new Civic Si for only $18 more than I was paying on my '06 Cobalt LT.
