Later when doing the paperwork she asked me how much did we quote for. I said $400 out the door. That's the amount that Joe gave me on the phone. But I found out later that it was $400 plus tax, shop supplies etc... making it $427. They never told me that they will charge $20 for a loaner car. They should have told me this on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. That made it $447. I got a 2-way remote start installed and they gave me a pair of remotes. I found out later that only one remote is 2-way and the other one is 1-way. They didn't tell me on the phone. I called for follow-up but the rep was not friendly at all and didn't acknowledge that it was their mistake that they didn't tell me. To get the other 2-way remote they are asking $45 more and offered me to split the cost of the new remote. Why should I pay more for when I was not aware of this. Still waiting to hear on the 2nd 2-way remote. Overall I would stay away from this dealership. The original quote was $400 but its ending up with close to $500. They need to be upfront and do fair business. From now on I am not going to this dealership for any service or repairs. Never had such a bad experience with other Honda dealerships. More

Absolutely Exceeded My Expectations. On the two year anniversary of the purchase of my Honda Pilot, I received an email from Honda of Mentor stating that they could get me into a new Pilo On the two year anniversary of the purchase of my Honda Pilot, I received an email from Honda of Mentor stating that they could get me into a new Pilot for NO money out of pocket PLUS reduce my payment by $75 per month. This would be for another Pilot EX-L equipped exactly like my 2016 Pilot. I really didn't believe they'd be able to do it and thought it was just another sales pitch, but if true, I'd have been an idiot to have not taken a look. So I replied to the message and got a return call from the internet Mgr and scheduled a time to stop in. When I got there I was greeted by the Brian Landers and after a couple of minutes he took me over to Sales Rep Steve Orosz. Steve looked up my information, got me a cup of coffee and had the appraiser take a look. I gave him the additional financial info and he went to the credit dept and the Sales Mgr. Within 5-10 minutes he was back with the written offer that required not so much as a cent from me and would reduce my payment with Honda Financial by $75!! I was blown away!!!! We went and Steve helped me pick out the color I wanted and within an hour I was driving home in my new Pilot. I'm still blown away and am so grateful to Honda of Mentor and all of the employees for earning my business and my appreciation for "keeping their word"!! More
