Kevin was informative and straightforward. The service was very quick. He was patient with all of our questions and didn’t seem to mind going over all of the repair plans with my husband after he spoke wi was very quick. Great to deal with We were considering a Toyota, a Hyundai, or a Honda. We started at Honda of Mentor and test drove of a 2019 CR-V. Tom, our salesman, was so great, a We were considering a Toyota, a Hyundai, or a Honda. We started at Honda of Mentor and test drove of a 2019 CR-V. Tom, our salesman, was so great, and the car was so nice, that we didn't have to go any further. We came to a deal and I have a new car that I love. My wife has a 2005 CR-V that looks as new as the day we bought it. They are great cars. I would definitely recommend Honda of Mentor, and Tom Dotts. More

Pleasant experience working sales rep. and Finance Mgr. I was in the position of having to switch from a SUV to a sedan because my wife had mobility issues.
