Folks, I'm telling you, Tim Norris Sr. is an amazing man who is more than a technician for the Mansfield Motor Group. He works in the Honda Service area (right next to his son)! Fortunately we haven't had any issue with the 2012 Accord....but if we ever do, they better have Tim available.
