i had gone to a different honda dealership before honda manhasset for an engine rattle noise coming from my 2008 honda accord. it is a common problem (VTC actuator) that needed replacement under warranty b manhasset for an engine rattle noise coming from my 2008 honda accord. it is a common problem (VTC actuator) that needed replacement under warranty but the dealership i went to originally (i wont name it for the sake of being fair..), could NEVER replicate the issue. which was strange because for months, it would make the engine rattle noise during cold start up, EVERYTIME. anyways, i decided to go to Honda manhasset and in just ONE visit, they were not only able to replicate it, but they quickly serviced my car and got the engine problem fixed. i hope this solution lasts me but if it does come up again, i will go back to honda manhasset again for service and any other service for that matter. the customer service is great and the ladies that pick up the phone are really fun to talk to and they are kind-hearted. definitely think this dealership is the best around the ny tristate area. glad i found this dealership. More

As a long time Honda owner I've bounced around to several dealerships for service over the years. That being said, I found a home at Honda Manhasset a few years ago and I wouldn't think of going anywhere els dealerships for service over the years. A few weeks ago I stopped at your service Dept with my 2011 Honda Civic. I was hearing squeaks from the front Brakes. The Person was rude and unhelpful and I walked away. I took my car to Honda City Service in Bethpage NY. They analyzed the Problem within one hour at no charge. I consider the treatment by your service Dept unprofessional and rude. THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE! HIS NAME WAS PHIL SACCIO More

I had what I thought was a major problem with my Odyssey and gave a call to Honda Manhasset and spoke to Michelle. She got me in without an appointment, which the dealer I bought it from couldn't seem to do and gave a call to Honda Manhasset and spoke to Michelle. She got me in without an appointment, which the dealer I bought it from couldn't seem to do, and I spoke to Mike the manager who put me at ease and seem to know the cause of the problem before I even told him all the details. Long story short, they had me on my way in less than an hour with a mere $21.72 charge! I had no clue what the problem was going in there but they explained how my aftermarket alarm caused a blown fuse which kept my lights from turning on. They were honest and efficient and I truly appreciate their professional operation.I'm not sure about their sales department and I'll find that out when I purchase my next Honda but I highly recommend their service department. Contrary to other folks reviews my visits to PS Honda are always fully satisfactory. And I have been the owner of various Honda models since 1987. My recent visit required body work for my 2010 CRV which was always fully satisfactory. And I have been the owner of various Honda models since 1987. My recent visit required body work for my 2010 CRV which was rear ended. PS Honda did a great job and my vehicle now looks and functions as new. Chris T is a great manager and it is apparent that he commands the respect of his fellow employees, as well as customers. Keep up the good work PS Honda! More
