Dishonest billing practices, small and dirty waiting area, rude customer service staff, and those are their best qualities. I brought my vehicle there to have a radio not working under warranty fixed, and they tried to charge me a warranty fee, claiming that a wholly unrelated after market accessory that I installed in the car two years ago, needed to be tested and it wasn't under warranty. They demanded a "diagnostic fee" of $150!! Their staff gave me attitude when I questioned it, and they were unbending. I'd never go back to those con artists. They not only were trying to violate the terms of my warranty, but their scam also violates various consumer protection laws like the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It appears that this dealership is scamming unwitting consumers all of the time with this bogus fee, The manager, Anselmo Paulino, and "customer service rep" Alvia Richards, were both rude and unhelpful. Steer clear of this place. Plenty of honest and worthy dealerships around! More
Very Poor Customer Service and charges for unwanted labour. I just went for oil change and they said there are work in my Car that i have to fix it immediately. They said my rotor for the front & rear break I just went for oil change and they said there are work in my Car that i have to fix it immediately. They said my rotor for the front & rear break were damaged and i have to replace them for about $1400 .I hesitate this recommendation on the first place because i drove my car less than 11000 moles and finally i forced to agree with their proposal ( because they kept on insisting this). Finally i ended up paying with $1050 for an unwanted and break pad replacement. I lost one whole day and $1050 .And the "Advisor" is not ready to move out from her desk. Even the cashier is also very bad. More
The service dept just doesn't seem to care Service Manager Advantage Honda 23 Dec 2016 I wanted to share with you my recent experiences with your service departmen Service Manager Advantage Honda 23 Dec 2016 I wanted to share with you my recent experiences with your service department. I am a Customer Service manager in another industry and wanted to advise you of some things that are NOT happening in your department that absolutely should. All the boxes are not being checked in your departments daily routine for certain and as a customer I’m pretty disgusted with the service I received. I called and made an appointment to bring in my car on Dec 7 as the windshield washer spigot was not working properly and the SRS light had been on since the car had been recalled and worked on at your location for the airbag issues of the Honda Odysseys. On Dec 7 I arrived to your lot around 7:30 am, filled out an envelope and dropped my keys in the box. Then I realized that the service department was open so I went inside and advised the people at the desk that I had left my keys in the drop box. I asked for a ride for the train station and said I would be back after work. By 3pm I still had not heard anything from your department so I made a call. Mike answered and didn’t know what I was talking about because no one had checked the drop box so my car was still in the parking lot. At 4:45 I received a call that the car had been inspected but it needed seat belt work under warranty and the nozzle would have to be ordered. Not one person apologized that the car had not been looked at or the drop box checked or sorry for the inconvenience. NOTHING. I was so annoyed. If someone has an appointment for a repair and you notice they didn’t show up don’t you question that? Maybe call them? Check the drop box? On December 20th I called to make an appointment to bring my car back in for this work. Yesterday, December 22nd I brought my car back in around 7:15am. I went to fill out an envelope and there were none in the box. A gentleman at the desk said they were not open yet but I requested they just please take my info as there were no envelopes in the drop box and I needed to make a 7:30 train. He looked up my account by my cell #, wrote down that I needed the windshield washer spigot replaced, that there was an issue with the SRS light and the seat belt fixed and I left. No one offered a ride to the train so I just walked. I received a message at 9:30am that the car was ready for pick up. I arrived back at the department about 5:45pm. As I was signing out my car I noticed that there was no mention of the windshield washer spigot on the invoice. That’s because they had not done it. They then had to go get my car from the lot, bring it into the bay and do that work while I sat and waited. Again, not one person apologized at this point. NOTHING. When the car was ready I explained to a nice lady at the desk the issues I had with the service received and asked for your card and she apologized. That was the first time that ANYONE in your department had said SORRY WE MESSED UP. Don’t you check your work sheets to make sure everything the car came in for has been satisfied? I went out and asked the valet for the Odyssey and he huffed and said in an annoyed tone. “No one told me you were waiting, I JUST put it in a parking spot!” and he stormed off to get my keys, drove up, got out, I said “thank you”, he said not a word. How was that my fault that there was no communication from his co-workers? As I was driving home the SRS light came on. Obviously they did not reset the computer either. I work as a Customer Service manager for a luxury brand. This is not how any customer should be treated whether it’s a customer driving a 13 year old car or a person buying a million dollar yacht. There should be empathy for the customer when a mistake has been made. There was ZERO. I know it’s the holidays and everyone is stressed out but this is terrible service and now I still have an issue with the car SRS light to be resolved. It is now Dec 29. I sent this email on Dec 23. There has been no response. More

BEST SERVICE EVER! Got oil change done, and later found out that I needed a coolant service and brake fluid flush. Spoke to my personal mechanic to verify that. Made service quick and easy, and respectful. Gave me a FREE car wash on top of a discount, all for my inconvenience. Sure know how to treat customers. More
