I am glad I did it for the below few reasons: - The staff Nicole Rasmussen & the service manager Mary Barylski were very courteous which makes a lot of difference from customer's perspective and their positive attitude with an eagerness to help goes a long way. - The turn around time for the repair was pretty fast and I got the car within 5 days of drop off......the workmanship looks great. -The cost of repair was reasonable ( although I didn't shop for the cost). Because of the above reason's and excellent service, I will certainly recommend this dealer. Cheers! A More

New Brakes and Rotors I just left Advantage Honda which has changed it's named a couple times I believe in the last few years (P.S. Honda). They wanted before taxes approx I just left Advantage Honda which has changed it's named a couple times I believe in the last few years (P.S. Honda). They wanted before taxes approx $1,300 for new brakes and rotors! Who in their right mind would pay this. I had to pay $125 service fee just for them to tell me how much they wanted to fixed the car. This, by the way is accomplished by at the least shining a light on the brakes and rotors and at the most taking the tires off the car. I brought my car to a local shop and the guy is charging me $425 for new brakes and rear rotors. I literally never write online reviews of any business but this time I will do everything in my power to share this information with as many people as possible. I will add one fair note that I've brought my car here several times before (when everything was covered by my warranty) and the service was excellent. Also, Phil is a professional and seems genuine.
