Later that day I was told over the phone that all my requests were completed, but that I needed a coolant flush and that my level was below normal. David waited patiently on the phone for me to turn on my computer, log on to Honda Owners Link, and research my previous service jobs, for me to figure out for myself the last time I had this service performed and that, in fact, it had been 3 years or so. Its good to know the team picks up on these things. FYI, my cars runs like new. Thanks David. More

Overcharged, broke my car. Took my car to the dealership because it is a hybrid and other repair shops were uncomfortable with it. Later driving to the store there was a horrible sound and looking under my car the plastic engine cover was dragging on the ground. I took my car back and they told me there was no way it was their fault but they would be happy to sell me the 8 clips that belong there for $30. Additionally they replaced my airbag (recall) improperly so the dash was uneven. They did fix that for free, I hope it stays fixed. Will use different shop from now on. More

Shuttle service I was initially told that service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival at the center I immediately asked for a shuttle to take me into I was initially told that service would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival at the center I immediately asked for a shuttle to take me into town. I waited 30 minutes for that shuttle and when I got into town I got a phone call telling me that the car was ready. At that time I was not ready and so I said I would call them back. When I was ready I waited another 30 minutes for the shuttle to return and bring me back to Honda. Well I understand it is a complementary service, I still think it should be more timely If I had been told my car would take less than an hour I never would’ve taken the service into town. More
