Maintenance Service I've been a customer for over 4 years and needless to say my experience has been phenomenal. I have to say the best customer service that I've receive I've been a customer for over 4 years and needless to say my experience has been phenomenal. I have to say the best customer service that I've received thus far has been from David Palmer, I can't say enough about how profesional and attentive he is. I wish you have a special incentive for employees like him, he would definitely take the price. Now, in regards to the mechanics that is a completely different story but thanks to David that makes sure everything is taken care of just the way I asked there's no problem. Later that day I was told over the phone that all my requests were completed, but that I needed a coolant flush and that my level was below normal. David waited patiently on the phone for me to turn on my computer, log on to Honda Owners Link, and research my previous service jobs, for me to figure out for myself the last time I had this service performed and that, in fact, it had been 3 years or so. Its good to know the team picks up on these things. FYI, my cars runs like new. Thanks David. More
