For the dealership I am OK. But I do not agree with the pricing. If you are servicing my car for a recall, I should not be charged for work related to that recall. I was charged few hundred dollars because of the work related to the recall. and i had no other choice but to pay that. This should not be the case. More

David was extremely responsive to getting my car looked at immediately. I had arrived a few minutes after the technicians left and David helped plug my tire and told me to return the next day. I returned t at immediately. I had arrived a few minutes after the technicians left and David helped plug my tire and told me to return the next day. I returned the next day and he carefully serviced my SUV and looked at the tire again to ensure the problem was taken care off. The turnaround time was so quick I was updated on progress every so often. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! More
