Zero, Nada! They only reason they got a 1 star is because I could submit zero stars! They are thieves! They tried to swindle my sister whose been a loyal customer (leased 9 cars from Empire Honda). It's a I could submit zero stars! They are thieves! They tried to swindle my sister whose been a loyal customer (leased 9 cars from Empire Honda). It's a good thing that is time she asked my advise and I reviewed the deal they offered and man was I flabbergasted! She had a return lease with only 10K miles after three years in PERFECT condition. So much equity in the vehicle that the can sell it in a heartbeat. But they decided to take advantage of a women with little leasing knowledge. Charged her 10% over MSRP and asked for an additional $2K down payment! Joe Parasconda and Luka Davitashvili, you should both be ashamed of yourselves! Joe for trying to explain your right to pillage a loyal customer and Luka for not knowing any of your numbers when asked to explain the deal. I would shop elsewhere because they think just because they can't get semi-conductors for their cars that they have a right to rob their customers. Honda has decided that they will not allow any other company to buy out their leases so now they have the right to first refusal and they're looking to steal your returned leased car! What a sham of a dealership! RUN, RUN and go elsewhere. More

My experience was good. It was my first time purchasing a car and I though the process could have been easier. I was there for about 5 hours.
