Came in for a routine oil change on my car. Came back out with a very scuffed and scratched rim. Alerted a manager to which he looked at the car, agreed to fix and address the issue, shook ha Came back out with a very scuffed and scratched rim. Come the next day, I get a phone call from the same manager advising they will not fix. What kind of business transaction where you agree to terms, then back out? What happened to customer service and keeping the customer happy, and being accountable for the issue that was caused? Very unhappy with the professionalism and how the situation was handled. More
New tire that was put on did not fix the problem I had with leak. I had requested a couple of times to check the rim before replacing the tire. Tire was low within 50 miles. Up charge on credit card was unexpected and I was not notified before I brought the car in. I was left with no choice but to pay the up charge . This is not a reasonable business practice for car serving . Customers should not be expected to walk around with hundreds (maybe thousands ) of dollars in their pocket. Checks are not the norm in 2023. You must notify customers of the policy before they bring the car in . Service manager was helpful and friendly a work was completed timely. More
