Disgusted by the follow response to my absolute shock that my credit was checked 2x when I was clear over my concern for how many hard credits there would be! With a credit score of 771 to day I was info that my credit was checked 2x when I was clear over my concern for how many hard credits there would be! With a credit score of 771 to day I was informed it went down by 30 points! I wanted to speak to the GM and instead got the bull from a bunch of junior managers! Got hung up on etc. I will NOT be a return customer and will write reviews on this matter! Push me to buy a car but don’t screw up my credit in the interim! Also tell Danny the manager to keep his private life private! More

Casey was amazing! I spent the day jumping from dealer to dealer being harassed and lied to by slimey sales men. I got to Casey angry and burnt out and he was the nicest most upfront person I have ever met. He gave me amazing numbers and was upfront , clear and understanding of my needs. There was one small hiccup in pricing that I didn't know until I went to the finance managers office and even he simply took care of it stating the customer is always right and sorry for the miscommunication. I wish I was a millionaire so I could buy every car they have from Casey! More

We went to Honda of Manhasset with hopes to buy a used car. We were immediately greeted by Caress Lovelace in the parking lot. She helped us find a place to park and personally walked us into the building car. We were immediately greeted by Caress Lovelace in the parking lot. From the start of our interaction, Caress was honest, willing to answer questions, ready to advocate for a fair price (when she had to discuss our budget with the finance department), and patient. This is the first car purchasing experience I have personally had and it has been an outlier I'm sure because it was pleasant and empowering to not worry about hidden fees and being scammed. My family will be needing a new car in the near future and I will be going to Caress for this purchase. I highly refer Caress and hope more people work with her in the future because she will honor your time and money. More
