Karla DeLeon and the rest of the team that assisted us were absolutely excellent . The only area that is in need of desperate need of attention is the physical look of the dealership. Be warned. Deceptive negotiations and underhanded seller tactics. Selling price was changed multiple times and did not reconcile to the contract. Hidden fees were brought up only during financing and agreed selling price was not honored. Financing terms were predatory and nonnegotiable even with preapproved rates presented. Was told financing should be held for more than 3 months with no legal or contractual support. Would not do business with this lot again. More
