We told him we will be getting our car either Saturday or Sunday, but insist he said the manager told him that this coming weekend will be very busy, and chances to have more new customers are high, do not forget I am also one of their customers!! Does that mean they only want NEW customers and the purpose is to get them signed the papers? Got the car and after a month called him to asked him something, he said he has no after sales service. OK!! Went back after few months for maintenance, he did not even say HI. He is rude and do not deserved in the sales field!! His name is David Wang and not Dave Wang.. More

Although my husband and I agreed on putting down $1000, the contract listed $1275. The salesperson was on vacation and the manager would not change the price to the original amount. While I was outside discussing this with my husband we heard another customer talking on her cell phone complaining that her contract listed something she did not request. Soon after her call ended, her salesperson came out and said they were going to take it off. How often does this happen? Hate being lied to. More
New Brakes and Rotors I just left Advantage Honda which has changed it's named a couple times I believe in the last few years (P.S. Honda). They wanted before taxes approx $1,300 for new brakes and rotors! Who in their right mind would pay this. I had to pay $125 service fee just for them to tell me how much they wanted to fixed the car. This, by the way is accomplished by at the least shining a light on the brakes and rotors and at the most taking the tires off the car. I brought my car to a local shop and the guy is charging me $425 for new brakes and rear rotors. I literally never write online reviews of any business but this time I will do everything in my power to share this information with as many people as possible. I will add one fair note that I've brought my car here several times before (when everything was covered by my warranty) and the service was excellent. Also, Phil is a professional and seems genuine. Daryl Beattie is the best...my ninth car This is the ninth honda I have bought from Daryl Beattie. I had a leased CRV and he suggested that I could buy a Honda Fit and own it at the end. I own a catering company and use my car for party deliveries. Daryl took the time to show me that this car would be not only acceptable, but save Culinary Architect Catering lots of money on gas but also the monthly payment. Wow, was Daryl right! 9 cars later, Daryl Always has Culinary Architect first. It is a joy and a pleasure to do business with him. More

They agreed to refund my deposit and after 2 weeks and several contacts still no refund back to my credit card. If you do purchase a vehicle here, make sure you put it on your credit card so you can dispute the charge. Also definitely communicate over email so you have all commitments in writing. Because of these 2 actions taken by me i am confident that I will get my money back - I strongly suggest you follow suit or you are simply making a "donation" to these guys. Really unethical. More
