Gina Plakas dealt with the paperwork and the aftermarket items such as warranties and alarms and was very fair and added extras to my packages. Be prepared to get a great deal at the end of the month but be prepared to wait a while for delivery of your car because they sell soooo many cars that there will be many, many people picking up their cars at the same time. He took notes on the type of car and the options we wanted to add. We told him we wanted a package deal. After a brief discussion with his manager, he came back with an offer that was considerably lower than the other Honda dealership we visited. With a little “haggling”, we came to a price that we thought was reasonable. We met with Gina Plakas the following evening to discuss our financing terms. She had all our paperworks prepared and had us out very quickly. Within 24 hours, we drove away in our new Honda Pilot. Overall, we had a very good experience. More
