I've been to really bad service centers and dealerships before, but this place takes the cake. My wife went there to fix some struts under warranty on our 2012 Odyssey. She waited 3 hours the first day only to be told that they needed to order the parts from a local warehouse, which would be delivered the next day. So she had to come back the next morning to finish the job. Fine, the story seemed reasonable enough. When she came back the next day, they made her wait for an hour and a half and then said that they didn't have a part! They made up a story that the parts were backlogged, but when we saw the order they put in, the part that was missing wasn't even ordered. Instead of telling the truth that they made a mistake, they lied to us and then told my wife to come back again. No way, I know a horrible business when I see one. How can I trust these guys to fix my car? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I am willing to bet a lot of money all these other reviews are fake! Please, for the sake of your sanity, stay away! More

I just leased a 2013 Civic LX and I am again very pleased. This time I was helped for our third lease together by Sales Consultant, Rabi A. Khan. He is very special. Rabi helped me quickly and easily through the maze of various deals and options . I had my concerns and he was so considerate and up-front, always helping me to make a good decision that would be good for me. He is one of the best of any sales personnel I have ever dealt with. He treated me like a brother. I am very grateful. And the others ,from the Manager to the person who explained the use of new items on the car ,were all so patient and easy-going. I was apprehensive about walking into any car dealership. I'm young and female and didn't know the first thing about buying a car. A friend had recommended that I go to Honda Manhasset. "Go in and ask for Frank, you'll be fine." It was 7:00 on a Wednesday night and I needed a new car like yesterday and at this point I had nothing left to lose because my car buying experience couldn't get worse. After 2 minutes of sitting down and speaking with Frank all my fears were exacerbated and I knew I would be ok. He asked about me and what I was looking for and then went over in detail the safety features of the car I was interested in. He then took me for a test drive. There was no high pressure sales tactics; it felt like a car ride with an old friend. We got back to the dealership and discussed options. I was unsure of which model I wanted and how many years I wanted to finance over. Frank priced out both models over different options and worked with me and gave me a great price that fit my budget. He went out of his way for me and really made me feel like a VIP from the minute I walked in to the minute I drove my car off the lot 2 days later. I know that if anyone tells me they are in the market for a Honda I will be sending them to Honda Manahsset as well. All of this and it doesn't even speak to how wonderful the rest of the staff were. Gina handled my financing and truly took care of me as well. She was friendly and really worked to get everything done for me in only a day. The rest of the staff there were so friendly and helpful as well. From David another salesman who just struck up conversation with my while I was waiting on pricing and then picking up the car to the person who showed me all the features of my new Civic and synced my bluetooth to the Mike the service manager who told me to come back and see him if I had any problems, the car buying experience was truly a pleasure!
