Disappointing I felt like our experience at Advantage Honda dealership was not very pleasant (besides Vin-he was great). But everything else that transpired did n I felt like our experience at Advantage Honda dealership was not very pleasant (besides Vin-he was great). But everything else that transpired did not instill a lot of confidence in the way the dealership handled things. I'm sure that if Vin were there the day we picked up the car that things would have probably been more smooth. Pretty much we were made a lot of promises that wasted our time. In fact, we were all set to come Monday night like we were originally told only to be told that it would be better off if we came in Tuesday first thing in the morning that everything would be "in and out" and ready to go. This was not the case. If we have to be kept waiting then it would be nice to know the reason why and not just left to sit there waiting and waiting without any answers. Communication just was not there after we put our deposit down. Anyway, Vin was super helpful and a great guy (he's the one that sold us the car) but everything else with our experience left a lot to be desired. We felt like we were being "handled". Not cool. Ultimately we got it done but there was a point where we were thinking about cancelling the whole thing. Hope my experience helps others to get a better treatment. I am going to leave a good review for Vin but everything else sadly was very disappointing. Again, Vincent Alliegro was excellent! All around great guy. More

Walked out with a new car Walked in with a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE, 46000 miles, i had a current lease with Toyota and had surpassed my mileage by 10k. I wasn't particularly sure what the outcome would be...long story short i walked out with a brand new 2015 Honda Civic LX 5spd manual transmission with just a little less then what i was paying with my Toyota. I walked in at 4pm and left by almost 10pm, somehow time flew by regardless, all transactions were very easy and straight forward, everyone was very nice and helpful. And a special thanks to Steven Gong for really making the sale worth it, it was a great experience, i drove out of there happy,he was very helpful and knowledgeable about any question or concern I had, and really made me trust him 100% with the sale.
