Naturally, when my lease was up, I returned to Honda Manhasset. I visited the dealership on a Friday and looked for Anas. I already had the car in mind. It was a painless experience. I did not haggle and he took $1,342 off the sticker price. Anas was courteous and very professional and really knew the car I wanted. When Brian came, he gave me a flyer that advertised the extras, but never did he pressure me to get any extra but told me to think it over. When I came to pick up the car on Monday, I braced myself for the hard-sell tactics but they never came. Brian was very professional and straight forward. When I was about to sign the dotted line, Brian politely asked if I wanted to buy any of the extras but I respectfully declined and there was no pressure from him. I left the dealership with my new car very happy. See you in 3 years. I will definitely recommend this dealership. More

Neglect or Scam? Pick One! On January 18, 2014 I brought my car in for an oil change, which according to them, includes the multipoint inspection. (I am vigilant about my oil ch On January 18, 2014 I brought my car in for an oil change, which according to them, includes the multipoint inspection. (I am vigilant about my oil changes) Upon paying for the service I asked the technician if they checked the brakes and what condition they were in. The answer was that "they were fine" and showed me the Multipoint Vehicle Inspection Check List. There was not another word about my brakes after that so I left there feeling confident that everything was good. Fast forward to Saturday, March 15, 2014: I called Honda Manhasset Service and told them that the brakes, that they had recently inspected, were making an awful grinding sound and that I would like to come in. Their response was that if I brought it in I would have to leave it until Monday. I explained that I only own one car and it would not be practical unless they can give me a loaner. Of course, they don't do that! Sunday, March 16, 2014 I was able to bring the car to a different Honda Dealer with the same complaint. I explained that I had the car serviced not quite two months prior and was told the brakes were fine. Upon inspection, they informed me that I not only needed front brake pads, I now needed to replace the front rotors. This was documented on the receipt: "The left side front brake rotor was damaged due to metal to metal." Do you think if my "brakes were fine" that this should have happened in such a short time? So I ask...Neglect? OR Scam to get me back for rotors? BOTTOM LINE: NEVER, NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT MANHASSET HONDA! More

Bonnie Biro provided an excellent sales experience. I had done research on the internet before hand so I had an idea of what we wanted to consider and what should be a fair price. Her low key unassuming low pressure approach was very relaxing and allowed my wife to ultimately make the buying decision. When she came forward with a price it was consistent with what I expected and we were able to close the deal. Even though there was some delay on my part in being able to get a certified check everything went smoothly in the end. Additionally I would like to commend Edward, the gentleman that walked us through all the features in the car. Both my wife and I are a bit backward technically when it comes to the new electronics available. He help us get both of our phones connected on Blue tooth and showed us how to program in the speed dialing. He did it at a careful pace that was not intimidating and was reassuring, so I think I will be able to do in on my own in the future. More

Honda Manhasset is topnotch in sales and service. We have leased and bought cars there for the last 12 years or so and would not think of going any where else. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful have leased and bought cars there for the last 12 years or so and would not think of going any where else. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and always professional. Robi Kahn has been our salesman from the beginning and he treats us like family when we come in for either service or lease. Manhasset Honda is the only place to buy or lease a HONDA!!! More
I was very close to buying a car with another dealership but when I was contacted by Manhasset Honda and I am glad I went with them instead. John Zimmerman, the salesman, was professional & to the point w but when I was contacted by Manhasset Honda and I am glad I went with them instead. John Zimmerman, the salesman, was professional & to the point when selling me the car. He gave me a fair price & the process was done quickly. The next day when I picked up the car, the only issue I had was with the gentleman who helped explain the car to me. Although he did do a good job explaining all the features which was very helpful, when I told him that the gas tank was supposed to be full, he only added that it was close to full & they had to use gas to get the car over here. Gina the sales manager did fill up the car right away after telling her that it was not completely full. Gina was helpful & processed the paperwork rather quickly and I was happy with the whole process. I will most likely buy another vehicle from Manhasset Honda in the future. More

Brian Gunder and I established a fair price by email, and I spent less than an hour in the showroom working out the details and negotiating the trade-in. I made it clear that this had to be time-efficient. Both Brians immediaterly understood. (Many dealers can't do that because they won't see situations from the customer's point of view.) There were no showroom gimmicks here. We just worked out a deal that was fair to both sides. Do your homework beforehand, and work with a professional dealer like this one. (By the way, the Costco dealer was professional, but the other Truecar dealers I heard from were obnoxious over the phone.) More
