Service scheduler alerted me that my recall part was first come first serve. I arrived at 7:20 am on a Saturday. I was treated very well by the service agent. Two& a half hours later I walked out with first come first serve. I arrived at 7:20 am on a Saturday. I was treated very well by the service agent. Two& a half hours later I walked out with the new fuel pump which was on recall. I feel safer. More
