This was the first time I've been to the service department. Robert Diaz was attentive, had me set up with a loaner within minutes, and kept me posted by cell. His office has a large window overlooking the service area. Amazingly the floor was spotless when I dropped my car in the morning and likewise when I picked it up later that day. It's a good feeling.
