Mahwah Honda service awesome Came in for my regular oil change. My CRV now has 67,000 miles and I was informed that I needed new tires. Mark was very thorough, showed me my tires Came in for my regular oil change. My CRV now has 67,000 miles and I was informed that I needed new tires. Mark was very thorough, showed me my tires and explained tread wear, depth etc. This helped me to make an informed decision rather than feeling scammed or railroaded. More

Great Service Experience Had the opportunity to visit the service department for a specific issue. I was lucky enough to have gotten Paul Eischen as my service advisor. He was Had the opportunity to visit the service department for a specific issue. I was lucky enough to have gotten Paul Eischen as my service advisor. He was by far my best experience with a service advisor yet. In the end, I asked him if I could request him as my service advisor in the future, thank goodness he said yes.
