Repairs on my 2011 Honda CRV Brought my 2011 Honda CRV in for problem with D light blinking when car was in drive mode. Talked to Ken and he had me bring car in for testing. Event Brought my 2011 Honda CRV in for problem with D light blinking when car was in drive mode. Talked to Ken and he had me bring car in for testing. Eventually after all the testing he told me I needed a new transmission. Told we car was still under warranty. Kept me updated on what was happening with the repairs on my car as to trying to get a rebuilt transmission from Honda. Eventually they got a transmission for my car. Ken also arranged for a loaner car for me to use. Felt he was very proficient in keeping me updated on my car. Enjoyed working with him. Mr. Pierczynsk More

Place is busy, but well run. I brought my new Ridgeline in to have roof racks installed. My salesman Bob Woods was very prompt responding to emails to set up the appointment. Lots of emails, since I had to cancel a couple times. But he always responded quickly. They gave me a loaner, an identical Ridgeline. I drove around a bit and came back to the dealer.
