Slow service. Doubtful how good it was Slow service. Doubtful how good the work is. The service engineer said it will take 2 hrs for an oil change A12 service. I asked another and he told Slow service. Doubtful how good the work is. The service engineer said it will take 2 hrs for an oil change A12 service. I asked another and he told 30min ( which was right). Once car was ready I was told the battery needed replacement which will take another 20min. After almost 40min I asked (no one bothered to inform me) as I saw car parked outside ready to go. Another engineer then helped with checkout. Car was dirty inside ( I was told it will be vacuumed) and I have doubts if battery was really replaced. Will see how the car runs next few days. More

Just went for an oil change I just went in for an oil change. That’s what I got. It was fast, but while I was waiting I was able to enjoy free WiFi, coffee, and comfortable seati I just went in for an oil change. That’s what I got. Positive experience I brought my car in at my convenience because the wrench light came on so no appointment was necessary. Vic met me at my car. He estimated it would take about an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. The hour passed quickly as I found a table in a quiet area where I was able to do some work. My car was ready in just a little over an hour. Great experience. More
Service for B1 minder When I sent my car in for service, I was told it will take about one and half hours to complete. However after two hours I was not being notified unti When I sent my car in for service, I was told it will take about one and half hours to complete. However after two hours I was not being notified until I went to the counter to check the status. Also I realized the tire pressure light came up on the dashboard when I arrived home and I had to drive back to the dealer to get it fixed. Luckily this second time, I do not have to wait. They fixed it right away. More

Received call at 11 indicating it would be another hour and a half. Then I got another call at 1 that it would be done in 15 mins. I came over and had to wait over 30 mins. Very frustrating. More
