Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating (regarding the manner of down payment), unobtrusively persistent and patient (Michael Klen). Honda of Lisle was selected from among other area Honda dealers because Michael Klen followed up and provided relevant and useful information to aid us in making the decision. Oh, and a very well regarding product sort of help as well!! I don't remember the financing guys names. Apologies but I was sort of exhausted by the time we got there (Nobody's fault. I'm just old), but I would give five stars to the "main man" and his attentive and personable "trainee". A suggestion on financing. Ask your software guys to split the screen with the same information on both, with one "facing" the customer and the other facing the dealership personnel. Its a slick presentation but somewhat cumbersome as presently configured. More
