We visited Honda of Lisle to shop for CR-V Hybrid last month. We were ready to move to another dealership after our first visit. Arash Fahandezh is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about CR-V Hybrid. He is also very patience working with us on finance options. We walked out with smile on a new CR-V Hybrid purchase. A good experience overall, but disappointed with their used car pricing disclosure. I was quoted a price of $X,XXX on a used vehicle, which was in the “good price” range for it. I stopped back the following day for a second test drive, and wanted to buy the vehicle. When I sat down with salesman, the price jumped by $1,500 - almost a 9% increase - for “dealer installed accessories” of nitrogen in the tires and clear plastic “door edge protection” tape. The salesman had mentioned these item as being on the car when we did our test drives, but there was no indication that they weren’t included in the quoted price. Very deceptive (and way overpriced) in my opinion. More

I don’t like the sales pressure tactics when buying a new car. We did not have a good car buying experience.
