Car buying was a “typical” experience with unnecessary back and forth. Not bad, not good, but no going beyond, I had to transfer my items in the pouring rain, I don’t mind but most people might, especial back and forth. Car detail was rushed and incomplete. Had to get adhesive off the Windows and paint when I got home. I’ve purchased a lot of cars, most dealers are trying to create a more comfortable experience and presentation. This is one of the most outdated dealers in presentation I’ve seen in this area. Overall, I’m not too picky about a dealership experience because I’m there to buy a car and beyond that it’s just service. However, this dealer certainly does not go the extra mile to separate themselves from other experiences that I’ve had in the past. More
