This dealer is continuing the old school way of trying to sell a car. The sales person runs back and forth to the manager behind the counter. They take your car keys and won’t give them back until you buy sell a car. The sales person runs back and forth to the manager behind the counter. I liked working with Heri and Asim. Both were professional and understanding. Both listened and were patient. I do understand the nature of the business well however only critique around everything would be the dealer installed add-on's or accessories were not negotiable and not wanted for every customer however they were already applied to all vehicles I looked at in advance. It would be nice to have those options available for install vs extra charges. More
