Their business development team booked me in to test drive a vehicle and when I got there I was told it needed a repair and is not available. The staff was very apologetic, but ultimately it was a wast drive a vehicle and when I got there I was told it needed a repair and is not available. The staff was very apologetic, but ultimately it was a waste of my time and a seriously bad look for the dealership. I know their internet team’s job is to get people in the door, but this really shows they have no consideration beyond getting you there. The most annoying part is the vehicle is still posted on their website for sale when it clearly is not, though the posting also lists features the vehicle doesn’t have so I suppose I shouldnt be surprised. Arash showed professionalism right when I walk into the dealership. I wasn't ready to buy the car that day but he Arash tried to meet my needs, also the finance manager did a good gob by meeting me where I dealership. I had an excellent experience at Honda of Lisle. Kabir greeted me right away, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kabir and Yasser worked very hard to put a fair deal together. Asim (Fi Kabir greeted me right away, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kabir and Yasser worked very hard to put a fair deal together.
