Arash gave us an informative test drive in clear and understandable terms, which was important since the last car we bought was ten years ago. Overall I had a good experience. I was told over the phone that my quote from another dealer would be beat but in person that was not the case, after some haggling there was a magica I was told over the phone that my quote from another dealer would be beat but in person that was not the case, after some haggling there was a magical reduction, but I thought it was inaccurate for me to be told one thing over the phone/text message and another thing in person.
