A very professional, respectful and no-pressure car buying experience. We went through the internet and initially dealt with Robin Bresley, then met with Chris Gorgosz when we actually went in to look buying experience. I give major points to Robin for responding to my emails very quickly--almost immediately in many cases--with thorough answers. Her personal experience with Hondas, and her responsiveness made an impression on me and made me feel like I was dealing with a person, not a web site. This was especially helpful given how busy this dealership can be: I was worried when we first walked in because they were crowded, but everything worked out fine and we were taken care of within minutes. Once we knew which car we wanted to test drive, I was able to set it all up in advance and it went like clockwork: Chris was ready and waiting for us at exactly the scheduled time, the specific car we wanted (color and model) were waiting out in front for us, and the purchase process was seamless, highly efficient and professional.
