Even before that, he gave me confidence that he could give me the best price out of all the Honda dealers in the area. He provided price quotations over the phone on the two models I was interested in, the 2010 Fit and 2010 Civic. I had done my research on truecar.com, a site that helps consumers research new car prices and find the best deals in their area, showing what others really paid. Bob's quoted prices blew the truecar.com prices out of the water. Given my timing (I was purchasing just before Christmas 2010), there were some extraordinary deals available. Once I got to the dealer, everything was great. Bob was very attentive. What I appreciated most was how important it was to Bob that I select the right vehicle for me. He asked me a lot of probing (appropriate) questions and highlighted the advantages of each vehicle. This made me very confident in my decision. I purchased my 2011 Civic the same day. When I had a problem with it just a few weeks later (bad luck nail in tire), Bob put me in touch with the right people in the service department who helped me get the tire repaired for hardly any cost at all.
