I had never purchased a new car before, and was a little leery of the whole car buying process. But when I walked in the showroom and talked with the salesman, I felt comfortable and not pressured. Over the course of a few weeks, I would stop in to ask questions between a new and used vehicle, drive a new one versus an older model, and the salesman (Jack) never pressured me to pick one way or the other but flushed out both options for me to consider equally. Once I made my decision, settling on a price was easy, making the purchase was easy, and I walked away feeling like I had gotten great service, a good price, and that I could continue to rely on Honda of Lisle for all my new car's needs in the future. The overall experience was very professional and satisfying. High pressure tactics were not used and negotiating was reasonable. Found it easy to work with Robin,no high pressure sales approach. She always responded promptly to my inquiries. When I comapared their pricing with another Honda dealership I found their pricing much higher.
