For most people the extended warranty offered through our dealership and protective company offers the "best bang" for the buck. I can not speak for where exactly the confusion came from but 99% of the time we do not even suggest a Hondacare warranty unless a guest specifically requests that product. If this issue has not been resolved please email me or call me at the store and we will make every effort to find a Hondacare warranty that will meet your needs.
