Thanks for the great review. One of our favorite programs is the Right from the Start which we have on the first Tuesday of each month. You meet with the service and parts team and they walk you through any and all questions you may have. There is not pressure to buy anything you get some light refreshments and just come and learn about your new Honda. Even if this is your second, third of tenth Honda you will learn something! I apologize for the back and forth with needing your mother to come to the dealership, but with the State of Illinois and Federal laws we must have all parties here to sign legal contracts. Since Honda did not approve the contract (since they were closed) we needed your mothers second visit. I will review with our staff to make sure that this is communicated better to our guests. Also we could not give you the car without having the paperwork completed even though you gave us a good will deposit. Once we deliver the car to you legally all documents need to be properly signed and executed. If you would like to arrange a visit to the dealership again I will make sure one of our managers reviews and "re-delivers" the vehicle to you to assure you know how everything operates.
