I have recently bought my Honda CRV EX-L with navigation 2009 from this dealer. I went to two other places Ohare Honda( my first visit) and castle Honda. My first impression about ohare Honda was also good and they also gave me competetive price.But I decided to visit Honda of Lisle after getting email from Robin( Internet sales person) which was very inviting. When I reached there I met with Kent Nandani( Sales Person) and started dealing with him about my transaction. I found Kent very Honest sales person , not pushy at all and was explaining everything about my inquiries. I felt very comfortable while dealing with Kent. I asked him to beat the price, when Lee Internet Director ( a real gentle man and wonderful sales person) was also involved with my dealing. I felt very comfortable at the first instance with Lee. I finalized my deal with them and was waiting for my finance. There was some misunderstanding created in between. But Lee and Kent tried their best to rectify it. I really appreciate their way of dealing with the customers. Even the owner of the store is very responsive. Lee and Kent are very good sales person to deal with in this store( I dont know about other sales person but it seems owner has good business ethics and is hiring good peoples).I believe I got good service and price for my New honda CRV and recommend this store to other people More

He went over the good features of the Honda Fit, and answered any quesiton I had. I didn't feel foolish asking questions either. He loves his job and it shows. I also noticed while on a tour of the dealership in the customer service area that a service person was giving extra service to a customer, it mad me turn my head, and say to my self WOW. I bought a 2008 black Honda Accord from Mike DalPino at Lisle Honda. Mike was very friendly and didn't pressure me to make a decision on a car - I wasn't sure if I wanted a Toyota or Honda after my Chevy M Lisle Honda. All the people I dealt with were very helpful in making the decisions about buying the car. Basically it allstarted with Ms. Robin's e-mail in response to my query about the Odyssey price and availability. the decisions about buying the car. Her very prompt and timely response was instrumental in getting in touch with Honda of Lisle. Otherwise we would have gone someplace else since two other dealers in Chicago area and one in Louisville were very close to our price. Mr. Render was very coopertive and prompt in clsoing the deal and explaining in detail about the van and its capabilities. Mr. Mitchel (I think it was hm who closed the sale explained all financial implications and sold mr the 8 year 80,000 warranty whic hopefully is a right decision. though lots of people think buying the long term warranty on these technically sound cars is waste of money. Ms. Teri was prompt in sending me the documents followed by phone calls to make sure Igot wjhatI needed, first time and second time (Kentucky required some extra documentation).
