Debby is a seasoned salesperson and never seemed bored with showing me all the Honda Civic colors and talked with me about all the options. It had been 15 years since I bought a new car and had lots of questions and she was just as excited as I was about the car. She explained all the maintenance information, went through all paperwork thoroughly and even helped me set up my blue tooth option. She is the ultimate professional salesperson -- well informed, she listened, no pressure, and she followed up in a very timely fashion. When I came back for my second visit, she had the vehicle - color and accessories -- that we had discussed, parked out front!! She went the extra mile picking me up at the dealer @ 7 a.m. and taking me to the train station...this being several hours before her regularly scheduled day would start. She did this twice for the protection package and trim to be applied. I will highly recommend her -- and already have done so. Great experience -- she knows her stuff!!! I had such a great experience at Honda of Lisle! It was better than all of the dealers I have went to in the past. First, Martina answered all my questions through email and phone and then set up Debby Bro better than all of the dealers I have went to in the past.
