After the oil change the guy went through the list for few minutes...all the good stuff, fluids are good, tires are good , your van has been vacuumed and we did a complimentary wash....blah..blah.....at the end oh.....one more thing..... you need to take care of your air filter housing, it is broken. When I opened the hood, I can tell.....someone while struggling with rusted screw broke the housing from the edge, and it is screaming fresh....... I was sure it was not there before....I told the guy, I can understand, it could have been accidental, technician did not mean to break it, I am ready to bear the brunt, but at least as a customer I should be told the fact. One more thing ! when i looked at the dust van, I said to myself did they really washed it, I heard him saying...! sorry we did not wash it we can wash it now ! similar thing happened on last visit, I asked them to change the wiper blades during oil change. Drove few miles out of dealership, turned on wiper......broken rubber hanging in there on windshield.....drove back....and was told we can do it now ! More

I bought a Honda Accord EX (V6). Made the deal over the phone. No hassles. In and out without any gimmicks. The sales associate was professional and friendly. This is about as painless as car buying gets. Much of our interaction was via e-mail, so I had a good price before I came in talk about my trade-in. Overall had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Sheikh was very friendly and it was nice to work with him. His sense of ownership and responsibility was very appreciative. I asked the sales manager to match a price from another dealership. I also informed him that I was interested in the 2.9% rate, not the $1500 dealer cash. He told me that he could match the pricing and al dealership. I also informed him that I was interested in the 2.9% rate, not the $1500 dealer cash. He told me that he could match the pricing and all he needed was my credit card. After confirming the deal it turns out that he was using the $1500 dealer cash to make the deal work. Therefore I couldn't use the 2.9 interest rate. After I caught on to his trick I told him it was no deal. I talked to 10 different dealerships and this was the only one who tried to trick me. Please be very careful. More

Very good job. Was very friendly, nice, very pleased with his service. Everything went very smoothly. Lisle Honda was worth the trip (90 miles). We were looking for a new CRV. We were approached by a friendly and knowledagable staff. This Dealer had an enormous selection of CRV's. They vowed to be looking for a new CRV. We were approached by a friendly and knowledagable staff. This Dealer had an enormous selection of CRV's. They vowed to beat every price we presented from our local Dealers, and did. One other important aspect was the days and hours of service offered which will meet our needs. Mr. Sheikh was wonderful. Initially I stopped in with my father just to look at the Honda Civic DX and Honda Accord LX-P. He gave us all of the information and did not try to sell us on the spot. I like t father just to look at the Honda Civic DX and Honda Accord LX-P. He gave us all of the information and did not try to sell us on the spot. I like that. All of the other dealerships we went to tried to force us to buy a car right away. Mr. Sheikh understood I was shopping for the right car and gave us information without pushing us to buy. Out of 5 dealers I met with he was by far the best. I chose the Honda Accord LX-P. I like the fact that he did not push us into any car and he did not disregard us because we were just shopping. He saw that we were true buyers that need time to decide. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sheikh and because of him I would recommend the dealership to my family and friends. More
