AWFUL.....HORRIBLE dealership! Don't go there! I went in to look at a used Honda, and found 1 I loved, but then as soon as the sales manager, Kevin....I think....(of used cars) came out, I changed my opi in to look at a used Honda, and found 1 I loved, but then as soon as the sales manager, Kevin....I think....(of used cars) came out, I changed my opinion completely. He started to yell at me and tell me that I was wrong for wanting to look at another car. He treated me completely disrespectfully. I have never been treated like that! I told him that I was going to check out another car (of the same type but 1 year newer) at a different dealership and he proceeded to tell me that I was wasting my time because his car was better and what I wanted. He told me what was wrong with the other car at the other dealership and I told him that I had the information on that car at home and had researched it....obviously because I was going to see it. He told me that I was wrong with my information and again wasting my time. I told him that I wasn't wrong and he then told me that he had the information on his computer that I could go see. I had had enough and got up and walked out, which Kevin proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot, still yelling at me and telling me what I am doing wrong. Now, Kevin.....this is what you do!!! You NEVER yell at a customer who is about to pay money to you....and a lot of money! NEVER argue with a customer who is about to pay money to you...again, a lot of money! NEVER disrespect a customer or anyone the way that you did to me! It was completely inappropriate. And you are the reason that I did not purchase a car there and will never go back! I do have to say that the salesperson, Debbie, was great! She took her time and walked around the lot with me and showed me cars and explained everything to me. I really liked her and wanted to give her the business, but because of her manager, I couldn't. Get a new manager and you will definitely make sales! More

The Sales person was very friendly. I don't get as much pressure at the honda of lisle as other dealerships. Before I went in, I already picked the new car I wanted, all I had to do with dealing with the p pressure at the honda of lisle as other dealerships. Before I went in, I already picked the new car I wanted, all I had to do with dealing with the price. I would hoped for lower price, but the price I got was already lower than other places I have looked. so no complain there. The service department was very nice to deal with. my family had a few honda's before and all were serviced at this dealer. We get good services here, that is why we stay with Honda of Lisle. More

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how great my experience was working with Mike Stuker. I can honestly say that the reason I bought from your dealership was because of Mike. Quick background: I went to your dealership to look at a specific vehicle. When we couldn't agree on a price, Mike kept in touch. He searched all of your inventory and found another vehicle that looked like it might work. I live in Chicago, so Mike said to let him go look at the vehicle(it was at used car superstore) that he would drive it and make sure it was a good value before I came back out and possibly wasted my time. He did as he said, called me and said it was definitely worth a look. Due to the way he treated me on the first vehicle, I trusted his judgement. I am happy to say that I am now the proud and happy owner of a car purchased from your dealership group. Normally, I don't like having dealership information on my car, but in this case I will gladly leave the license plate frame right where it is. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE OF HOW TO NOT HIGH PRESSURE WHEN BUYING A CAR. BRAD IN FINANCE FINISHED OFF THIS GREAT DAY BY EXPLAINING ALL THE PAPERWORK TO MY SON AND MYSELF. Jennifer was great, easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the Odyessey in which we purchased. Having done a bit of research online I feel the price we paid was extremely fair.
