The overall experience was very professional and satisfying. High pressure tactics were not used and negotiating was reasonable. Found it easy to work with Robin,no high pressure sales approach. She always responded promptly to my inquiries. When I comapared their pricing with another Honda dealership I found their pricing much higher. When I brought this to their attention they gave me a better deal however,I would recommend that they give prospective customers their best price on inital contact. More

This is the second car I've purchased from Sam Gage. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable on Honda vehicles. I worked with Sam and Mark on the price and they offered a fair priced and were willin does a great job and is very knowledgeable on Honda vehicles. I never felt I was being pressured to make a purchase or accept a price I was not comfortable with. Brad did the financing with me and let me know about the extended warranty options but also did not give a high pressure pitch. I shopped a few other Honda dealerships and came back here for my second Honda and will likely come back when I'm ready for my third. I highly recommend Honda of Lisle and especially Sam Gage as your salesperson. More

Although I didn't actually buy the vehicle today Jennifer Holish in the internet department treated me extremely fairly, and without any B/S. I was given a fair price up front, and told that was the best they could do...and frankly after looking online I believed her and her sales manager. Im not 100% sold on the CRZ...it was a bit of an impule to check one out....BUT.....if you are in the market for a Honda go check out this very professional organization. I wish my visit to Gerald Kia in Naperville had been just as easy. Sadly...there apart from the salesman I was not treated as well. 10 out of 10. More
