We had researched the price via Consumer Reports Build & Buy Report, including the Zag guaranteed price quotes, and that price was matched by Honda of Lisle. Just about every question we had was anticipated and information was given before we even had to ask. Every phone call was quickly answered or returned. We really liked the clinic for new Honda owners, in which we were told many things we didn't know about service and our vehicle. The tour through the service area was valuable and made us feel very comfortable with Honda of Lisle. We have had our car for 5 months now, and it has met our every expectation. We took it in once because we got a nail stuck in the tire, and I was thrilled that I noticed the low tire pressure icon on the dashboard. If I hadn't seen it, I would have ended up in rush hour traffic on the Stevenson expressway in Chicago with a flat tire. Instead, I took our other car, and brought the Honda in for service the next day. It only took about an hour to get the new tire (it couldn't be fixed), and I was able to surf the web in the waiting room. It was the best service experience I have ever had. More

Car came in when promised, we went in on a weekday evening and were out in less than 2 hours. We had our toddler with us which could have made the process unbearable but they were very accommodating of him, helped keep him entertained, and moved very efficiently in light of his limited goodwill. I recently leased a 2011 Honda Fit Sport from this location. I chose this location over another Honda dealer closer to my home because they had the exact model and color that I wanted. I figured it location. I chose this location over another Honda dealer closer to my home because they had the exact model and color that I wanted. I figured it would be best for me to make the extra trip to this location to purchase the exact car that I wanted rather than to try locate it from another dealer. I felt that it should have been a fairly straightforward process for me to lease my Fit, seeing as how I was not considering any other vehicles and already had a price in mind. I test drove the car and began the leasing process. When the MSRP I was quoted was higher than what I was quoted online, I questioned my sales associate, who then brought out his manager to clarify. The manager greeted my boyfriend and I while he was still eating Fritos, which I felt was unprofessional. About an hour after beginning the process, the dealership then required that I have a parent co-sign the lease, as this is my first car. I had to call my mom to have her make a special to the dealership to co-sign with me. After waiting nearly another hour to find out if my mom and I had been approved, we were told that the approval system had been shut down for the day and that we would be told in the morning if we were in fact approved. Although the dealership had a copy of my driver's license and my check for a down payment, I was still unable to leave with my car that day. I would have to arrange to come back on a separate occasion, which is very inconvenient for me as I work nights and some weekends as a nurse. I feel that with this kind of collateral we should have been able to arrange an agreement in which I would be able to leave the car that day. When my mom and I were approved for the lease (which we knew we would be), I returned to the dealership with my boyfriend to pick it up. I was excited because my boyfriend had recently purchased a Honda and had explained to me the delivery process and how I would learn about all the features on my new car. When I arrived, I was informed that my mom would have to sign with me yet again, something that was not communicated to me on the phone prior to coming to the dealership. Again, I had to call my mom to make yet another special trip to the dealership to sign the lease agreement. We spent another 2 or so hours on this occasion to complete the leasing process. When I was finally able to get my car, our sales associate basically showed us out the door and moved on to a new customer without giving me any orientation to my new car. My boyfriend had to go back in and ask for him to do a delivery on the car. All in all, I really do love my new Fit, however I wish I had looked more closely into the reputation of the dealership as opposed to just going with the location that had the car in stock. More

I never felt pressured, she kindly and professionally provided answers to any quote I requested regardless of how many times I asked and, however trivial my question may have seemed. Once we finally decided on the Accord and Ann finalized pricing, Mark you also helped me to know how the process works and what the final lease deal involves. Again, you also answered all my questions quickly and professionally without making me feel stupid for asking (a common occurrence with other dealers I had dealt with, too bad for them! :-) John, thanks for making the purchase and delivery of our new Accord, one of the most enjoyable and painless car experiences we have ever had. You also were incredibly patient and I never felt pressured, as we looked at the inventory and finally decided on the model/color we wanted. Your sense of humor was also a nice plus! Also thanks to Robert Mitchell, your Finance Director, what an easy transaction, Jill and I were very pleasantly surprised. We have gone to Honda of Lisle for over 15 years, with our 1996 Accord, so we know we are in good hands with your parts and service departments. Never once over the years did we have any unpleasant issues. I know Honda of Lisle will take good care of us. I then received a very timely and inviting response from Ann Kinder, outlining several inventory options available to us, and listing their discounted pricing. My work schedule made it difficult to communicate by phone or in person, but it was not a problem for their team. I continued to communicate for several hours with Ann and Shawn Kiannejad via email about the Civic I was interested in. At all times, the communications were timely and professional, as they answered my questions promptly and directly. I even came to agreement with Shawn on a fair price for a vehicle I had not even seen. Once onsite, Shawn turned us over to Jack Schultz for the test drive and to complete the transaction. Jack was very professional, engaging and supportive in helping us make a final purchase decision. He took his time walking us through all of the vehicle information, warranties and dealership services. Jack was a nice finish to an all-around pleasant and hassle free experience. More
I just bought a new CRV and I could not be happier. Mike took the time to explain the car to me and all the different options. He let me take it on a test drive until I felt that I had driven it enough to took the time to explain the car to me and all the different options. these guys are sneaky. When we bought our Odyssey, they quoted us one price for a Honda Care warranty and raised it by $400 dollars on the Bill of Sale. We caught it and they adjusted, but then two weeks l quoted us one price for a Honda Care warranty and raised it by $400 dollars on the Bill of Sale. We caught it and they adjusted, but then two weeks later, we found out they didn't give us the Honda Care warranty but their 3rd party warranty company. Lots of hassles just trying to buy a new car. I contacted Honda Of Lisle during the morning on Friday May 27, 2011 to inquire about Honda's Lease specials on Accords & Civics. I was initially working with their sales manager Jeff Carr over email to work out all of the logistics behind what the lease was about & what my payments would look like based on a trade in of my 2006 Acura MDX for a 2011 Accord SE. Once we had the generalities out of the way I was invited to come to the dealership where i worked with Chris Gorgosz & Mark Fitzpatrick on bottom line pricing and monthly payments. I know that this may be a strange analogy, but, the deal went so smoothly that I felt as if I used my "Preffered Shopper card" at the checkout aisle of a shoppers club and got the club price for the vehicle. I did my research before arriving at the dealership and knew mor or less what my payment could be on the lease and Honda of Lisle came thru for me. Such an easy deal to make with great people to do business with. I was able to pick up my new car on May 31st and it only took about 1 hour to go between delivery of the new vehicle and signing of papers at the leasing office. basically everything was "Bang Bang" your done. No ups no extras and I was on the road. This Honda store is a family run business and they made me feel like family throughout the entire sales/leasing process. I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to "feel at home" at the dealership and get a great deal as well as work with a great sales & management team. More
