My wife and I purchased a new Odyssey from Honda of Lisle and could not have been treated better. The sale was originated and arranged over the internet. From the moment we stepped in the door and saw the nice summer arrangement, I was intrigued. We were greeted at the door and met Sampson and while I thought that Sampson was amazing, I think we would have summer arrangement, I was intrigued. We were greeted at the door and met Sampson and while I thought that Sampson was amazing, I think we would have liked any of the sales reps. (but Sampson will always be who I go back to) He has been with the company for 21 years and many have been there at least that long so clearly it is pleasant, safe, encouraging atmosphere where they treat theif fellow workers and their guests the way they themselves would like to be treated-the GOLDEN RULE. this is seldom seen in businees anymore and I believe the owner,who we actually met, sets this example everyday by coming to work even though, at this point, many would think he should be retired or at least out enjoying the fruits of his labor. He is still the pulse on a family run business and it shows. My husband and I had done our research on certified vans and Sampson was patient in showing us all he had in a large collection. He showed us newer models and older models and helped us sort out our needs. His no. 1 priority was to find a car that we liked and make the price work and he succeeded. We met people in the parts dept.,sev people in finance and other sales reps as we waited for our car to be picked up, and we were impressed with the professionalism across the board-their dress, their firm handshake and the knowledge each possessed. We will be calling Sampson in the spring to purchase another certified car for our sons. Honda Lisle could not have made the process any easier and I went in dreading the whole car buying scene. What a great surprise-no wonder they have been in business for 40 some years. More

This is the second car we have bought from this dealer. I feel that we have recieved a great deal both times. I feel comfortable with Sam and his style of sales. He has been available for our fisrt car to an feel that we have recieved a great deal both times. I feel comfortable with Sam and his style of sales. We spoke to the sales manager and he recommended we work with Jack Schultz. We had limited time to visit with Jack and he accommodated our schedule and our active 2-year old - he provided the information we requested on the Honda Odyssey in a timely manner. We had gone to the dealership two more times to confirm that we wanted to purchase the mini van. Each time, Jack and the other staff respected our time and accommodated our schedule. I have purchased several cars in the past and this is the only time I felt that the sales person, sales manager, and finance manager respected my time. I will be recommending this dealership and sales person to others. More
Buying or leasing a car is up there with going to the dentist for an extraction for me. Not the case here. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, fair and just a bunch of good people. Michael immediately answered our initial questions and then promptly showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what we were looking for. The first car he showed us proved to be exactly what we wanted. then promptly showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what we were looking for. The first car he showed us proved to be exactly what we wanted. He quickly arranged for someone to examine the car we wanted to trade in while he accompanied us on a short but helpful test drive. He pointed out several unique features of the car and answered our questions as we drove. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of our time, and courteous. When we returned to the dealership, he fully explained our options with the trade in and helped us come to a decision point. While we waited for the financial fellow to work out the details of what he could do for us, Michael chatted with us about the car and about life and was very enjoyable to talk with. More
Tauris Gray and Erik Schmidt were both friendly and informative. They advised us of special upcoming financing sale, advantage of location from my residence, 2011 CR-V info, etc.. Very informative and friendly, Mike took us through all the steps in buying a new car with ease. One of the the most thorough and respectful sales person we have ever had the opportunity to do business with. If we could rate Mike a score of 6 (Super Great)across the board, we would.
