My overall experience at Honda of Lisle was one of initial trepidation since this was my first experience with getting a new/ different car in the 10 years I've had a license. However my fears were quickly allayed by the friendly persona of my sales agent, Mr. Mendoza and he was able to make me comfortable with the sales process. He did not pressure, or sell falsehoods. I would recommend Honda of Lisle as the first place anyone in the Chicagoland area go to purchase a new vehicle. More

I came in this weekend looking for a new car to replace my clunker. I have not purchased a new car in a while so I was definitely worried that I would not know how to go through the car buying process and my clunker. I have not purchased a new car in a while so I was definitely worried that I would not know how to go through the car buying process and getting a great deal. The moment I walked in, Z. Ali greeted me warmly, and I was instantly helped. I had SO many questions, and they were all answered. He was never once impatient with me. I was going back and forth on a new car or a used with that was a couple of years old. Z.Ali patiently took me around the lot and showed me many different choices until I was satisfied. I also liked that some of the other salesmen came and gave my family water and asked if we needed anything. This showed me that the dealership as a whole is caring, professional, and very respectful. I was confident that I was buying from the right place. Needless to say, I walked out with a new 2012 Honda Accord that I LOVE. I believe I received a great deal and am so satisfied with the whole process. It felt great to hit the gong! Thank you so much Z. Ali and Honda of Lisle! I will definitely be back for all my car buying needs and will recommend you to my family and friends! More

The salesman was great; he was not pushy (he doesn't have to be, the car sells itself) and he was honest and upfront with any questions I had. The buying experience really was painless. As to their service department, I've been going there since 1997 with my Hondas (the new one is my third) and find their service excellent. Even after an express oil change, they wash and vacuum your car. More

After test driving several used compact SUVs at other dealers I visited Honda of Lisle to check out the CRV. Javier patiently answered all my questions about the CRV, showed me the vehicle and let me tes dealers I visited Honda of Lisle to check out the CRV. Javier patiently answered all my questions about the CRV, showed me the vehicle and let me test drive it. I decided the CRV was the vehicle I wanted and gave Javier what I was looking for - year, # miles, trim, options, color - and he promised to contact me when a vehicle meeting my specs came in, since used CRVs sell so quickly. Over the next several weeks I received emails and phone calls from Javier, touching base and updating me on vehicles that I might be interested in. Finally he called with one that sounded like exactly what I was looking for; and when I went to the dealer it was! I negotiated a fair price and Javier arranged to come in on his day off so I could pickup the car on a day convenient for me. I had never visited Honda of Lisle before, and was very impressed - it's a beautiful facility, the service dept waiting area is very nice, and the personnel were all very personable and professional. Javier provided exceptional customer service, and I am very grateful for his patience and perseverance in finding the right vehicle for me. I love my "new" CRV and highly recommend the dealership and specifically Javier Saltos. More
