My overall experience was very good. Debby was fantastic, a very accommodating, professional and organized sales person. It was refreshing to deal with a female sales person. I felt our deal could have been a very accommodating, professional and organized sales person. It was refreshing to deal with a female sales person. I felt our deal could have been perhaps $500 better. You should allow sales people to focus on the customer rather than taking off liscense plates and other tasks that should fall under the responsibility of shop personnel. She went way above and beyond. There should be a dedicated area for new car delivery to make the experience better. A new car is a big deal to most people. I would recommend Debby to anyone looking for a car. The dealership was very busy but Debby took the time and entertained all of our questions and concerns. More

My wife and I were refered by a friend to go to Honda of Lisle, and to ask for Sager Abu-Romman. We got there and he was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. In the end, he got us a vehicle that my wife and I are very happy with, at a price that I am very satisfied with as well. He even helped us move all of our possesions from our trade in to our new vehicle. When it came time to do the paperwork, Vic (sorry, can't remember his last name)was extremely helpfull as well. He went through all of our options and explained each one of them so there was no misunderstanding. In the end I'm quite satisfied with the financing program we selected. This is our first Honda purchase, and I will very much reccomend Honda of Lisle to anyone who is looking for a car. More

Debby was great - she made sure I had all the necessary information and coordinated all the paperwork along with pickup time/date of the vehicle perfectly. We initially worked with another Honda dealership in the area, but found them unwilling to negotiate anything. They came off as really cocky. In my frustration, I started emailing the internet sales manager area, but found them unwilling to negotiate anything. They came off as really cocky. In my frustration, I started emailing the internet sales manager at the Lisle store to see if they could beat what the 'other' dealer was showing us. After a few back and forths, we went in and had a great experience. We actually ended up with a model, one level higher than we initially wanted, for few more dollars a month. Not only did they work with us and throw in a few small extras, the sales people were friendly, personable and great at making the kids happy, while we signed paperwork. Speaking of paperwork, that was the fastest closing doc signing we have ever been through. Overall, the experience was pretty painless! Go to LISLE! More

This was our first car purchase in Illinois. We already loved the Honda vehciles so that was the easy part. We used this dealer for service.
