I am sorry I can't remember everyones name that I met during my car purchase process, but they were all great. My main contact Matina Torres was a delight to deal with. She never lost her patience, personality and always was very responsive to my calls, emails etc. I would go back to this dealer because of her in a minute:) I know I was a high maintenance customer and they took very good care of me. Like I said, I'd go back in a minute. They did not try and "sell" me. It was the only place that "listened" to me and delivered what I was looking for as opposed to the many other places I shopped where they tried to sell me on what they wanted to move. I went to another dealership beforehand, and Lisle was able to give me a better deal. My sales rep had an interesting sense of humor, but he was very friendly and up front. You should allow sales people to focus on the customer rather than taking off liscense plates and other tasks that should fall under the responsibility of shop personnel. She went way above and beyond. There should be a dedicated area for new car delivery to make the experience better. A new car is a big deal to most people. I would recommend Debby to anyone looking for a car. The dealership was very busy but Debby took the time and entertained all of our questions and concerns. More
