The sales experience was great, especially with sales person Zahid Ali. I didn't have to waste hours of my time to negotiate the final price, it just took 15 minutes to get the price I wanted and have th person Zahid Ali. My experience at Honda of Lisle was a breeze thanks to Sam Gage. He made me feel so comfortable and pressure-free, unlike every other dealership I had gone to. I went to Orland Park Honda, and Oak Lawn Honda and walked out within minutes due to their poor service. I felt right at home with Sam, and I would recommended him a thousand times. The buying process usually is painful and exhausting, but Sam was very accommodating and comforting. He is a great man, and I'm glad I was lucky enough to work with him. Stephanie was also very personable. We didn't get to spend as much time with her as we did Sam, but she was very pleasant and friendly. More
I headed to the Honda Superstore of Lisle after shopping around for several cars. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Robin Bresley who took great care of me when I bought my 2012 Honda Civic. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and actually SOLD the car to me. I appreciated her decorum as well as her ability to meet my needs (and price). Moreover, Brad Mitchell was pleasant to work with in the finance office and did not pressure me to purchase extended warranties or additional services (although I did buy a very reasonable warranty). I wholeheartedly recommend the Honda Superstore of Lisle. More

The salesperson was too busy to give us the attention we felt we deserved. We leased two new 2012 cars and felt we were rushed and things weren't explained well. This is our third visit to lease new cars and we bought our son a new Accord in 2009. After a total of 7 cars I thought we should have been treated a little better. I tried to explain the issues I had with the sale and was told it had been explained and to ask my husband because I don't remember. I take GREAT offence to that. My husband and I both thought there was a lot of double talking going on and talking over us when we tried to explain ourselves. I think Mr Ali is a nice person but this sales experience was not at all what we expected. I also think just because we lease we shouldn't just have to settle for whats on the lot and not get things the way we want. We are still paying customers. We have never had a problem until this and we are VERY upset about it. More

Not only doe it not reflect an accurate picture of the salesperson-customer contact, but also has no regard for the status changes in the customer-salesperson contact and discussion. Basically - annoying and leaves buyer w/less credible feeling about the salesperson and dealership. More
