She is the ultimate professional salesperson -- well informed, she listened, no pressure, and she followed up in a very timely fashion. When I came back for my second visit, she had the vehicle - color and accessories -- that we had discussed, parked out front!! She went the extra mile picking me up at the dealer @ 7 a.m. and taking me to the train station...this being several hours before her regularly scheduled day would start. She did this twice for the protection package and trim to be applied. I will highly recommend her -- and already have done so. Great experience -- she knows her stuff!!! I had such a great experience at Honda of Lisle! It was better than all of the dealers I have went to in the past.
