As this was my daughter;s first look at something as important as purchasing a new vehicle, there was a lot of information to take in, as well as just explaning the various details, ammentities, and the operation of the vehicle, both inside and out. I asked questions when I didn't understand, and I especially reiterated something to Heri what I thought he was expalining when I could tell my daughter Mary didn't understand and wouldn't ask questions. Heri understand and took the time to make sure that we both understand. I was very pleased with the service we received from Heri. He was courteous, kind, patient, knowledgable, and has since followed up by calling to see how much Mary is enjoying the car. SHE LOVES IT. It is eally a beautiful car, the amenities of ecoboost and many other things are great. We also feel that she purchased a car that was manufactured with no only economy, but more importantly to a parent, safety. Keep up the great work Heri. We would not hesitate in buying a vehicle there again, nor would be hesitate in referring someone else to Heri, and Honda of Lisle. Thank you. More
This is the second car we've purchased from Honda of Lisle. The first was a new 2009 Civic. Our experience the second time as as good as the first. I just purchased my first Honda. Sager Romman was friendly, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. He showed me many cars and was always patient with my questions. Debby is a seasoned salesperson and never seemed bored with showing me all the Honda Civic colors and talked with me about all the options. It had been 15 years since I bought a new car and had lots of questions and she was just as excited as I was about the car.
