Everyone I interacted with was very helpful. The sales woman that I was greeted by at the door when I walked in sold me a car. I wasn't handed off to a dozen different people. Martina Torres did an outsta woman that I was greeted by at the door when I walked in sold me a car. I wasn't handed off to a dozen different people. Martina Torres did an outstanding job getting me into the car I came in to buy. Her energy was infectious, she was very knowledgeable about the product, and made the experience fun. They gave me a fair price on my trade in. and after all was said and done Martina even helped me move my tools and job related equipment into my new care. Mike Dalpino was so thorough and helpful to me and my kids! I was buying a first time car for my teenagers and he put me @ ease by taking the time to explain to them all the features and the manual and M kids! Michael was very friendly and professional, not like the usual "pushy" used car sales person. He was very informative as to the type of car we wanted to buy. I had done my research and was pretty certain of the vehicle I was going to buy. So, the quality of the sales person and the interaction during the dealership selection process became the determining f vehicle I was going to buy. So, the quality of the sales person and the interaction during the dealership selection process became the determining factor. Mike worked hard for my business and it was not just price that was the final decision factor (in fact, I paid just slightly more money over the lowest cost quote from the other dealership). Mike was professional, very responsive, and still very engaged even after I made the commitment to buy his vehicle. Early on in the selection process, my wife stated that this purchase is a significant amount of money and it's unfortunate sales people do not make the effort to follow-up after the sale "the way they used to" (which sums up our last two car buying experiences).
