Our overall experience at the Lisle dealership was excellent. Our sales representative, Kabir Sheikh, had a wealth of knowledge about the Pilot. He was patient and extremely thorough in his explanation of the car's controls and special functions. Buying a car can sometimes get tense. Kabir's approach and calm demeanor made the entire experience much more pleasant than I had expected. Shawn Kiannejad, our Sales Manager, was willing to hear our offers and work with us to land at a reasonable price for both parties. Lastly, Brad Mitchell, the financial consultant, was succinct in his explanation of our closing deal options and financing. He's a very friendly, down-to-earth guy. More

He patiently explained the features on the 2013 CR-V while deaiing with multiple customers and did not aggressively press me to close the deal. His managers including the finance person were also easy to deal with and adequately described the finance terms and extended warranty. The folks i dealt with at the Honda Superstore made my buying a new car a pleasant experience. I also went to the new car workshop which is a great idea. It was nice to meet the folks who will be servicing my car in the future. More
I was looking around for a nice used vehicle and I happened to find this very attractive BMW at this store. When I walked in with my wife and 2 kids we were immediately greeted and assisted right away happened to find this very attractive BMW at this store. The employee was a sales manager brought out in part of the negotiations on car price and trade in value. She proceeded to lie to us about the air conditioning being broken (which reduced the trade in offe the negotiations on car price and trade in value. She proceeded to lie to us about the air conditioning being broken (which reduced the trade in offer by several thousand) and then blew up in a tantrum when we demanded the keys back. We had insisted that the air conditioner was working, after already getting an appraisal at a local Carmax that day and having no issue of it mentioned (not to mention first hand experience). It was insisted otherwise, and we demanded the keys back. The demand included on swear work, and not one that was direct an insult to any (the "f word", applied to a sentence asking to give the keys back). Afterwards, she blew up at started yelling at us to grow up among other insults of various natures. It was, to say the least, and amazingly great waste of time and effort. Made that way by this one woman. The actual negotiations other than what she was involved in went rather well, though. More
