My fiancé and I visited Honda of Lisle to look at a 2010 Honda Civic (after my old car had been smashed by a tree). Several dealers from other locations felt manipulative and dishonest to me. However, Mike was the exact opposite. He was honest from the start and very friendly. He was straightforward, and I never felt pressured into any decision. He was fair and a pleasure to work with. For example, on our test drive around the area, Mike pointed out that he heard a funny noise coming from the back breaks. It turned out to be nothing since the car hadn't been test driven in a week or so, but he didn't hide a potential issue that my fiancé and I didn't even notice! It is honesty like that that I appreciate in a car salesman, and I could tell that Mike takes pride in his work. I want to thank Mike for the great experience we had at Honda. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a car! More

I recently purchased a 2011 CRV to keep up with my growing family. There are few times during the course of my normal day when I am faced with negotiating the price of a purchase and it is not somethi growing family. Buying this car, however, was one of those times, beginning with the difference between the vehicle's internet price and lot price and ending with Finance Manager Brad Mitchell's "final" final offer. This is just the nature of the beast. In spite of this, my overall car buying experience at Honda Superstore was good. I checked out this dealership because of its unmatched inventory at my time of research, narrowed down several buying options, and ended up walking away with a lovely vehicle at a price with which I am content, even if not ecstatic. Jim's customer service was on point and included the unexpected perk of me being picked up to go finalize the purchase, saving my wife and our new child a trying trip to the dealership. Nice touch! All said, I would recommend any buyer do their homework before a car purchase, but certainly give this dealership a look for their large selection and good customer service. More

I feel very satisifed in my purchase and confident that I made the right choice. My expericnce was and continues to be positive and I highly recommend this Honda location if anyone is considering buying the Honda brand. During the financing and signing process Brad Mitchell was a calming effect as we engaged in small talk; yet, remaining profession, thorough in explaining what I were initialing/signing, and, yet quite friendly. He also was excited that I was getting a great product. I had done research before I came to the dealership and were aware that I again was getting a more advance model of the Honda Accord; having had four previously. Therefore, everything that was spoken to me by Sam and Brad; I knew were true. I truly enjoyed my experience at Honda Of Lisle. The price and everything was finalized through chat and phone calls with Henriata. I then went for Test drive and worked with Debby Brown. she is knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. She went through everything with us and was very thorough and professional. Perhaps the best Car Salesperson I worked with! The whole experience was stress free and good. One thing I would recommend, and this is for ALL the dealers and not just for Honda Superstore. In this day and age, the Data entry and paperwork needs to be reduced. Too much duplication of effort, especially when most of my information is already on the system (as I am already a customer). This is not a negative remark but I noticed with Car Buying/Leasing experience in general. More

The sales associate I worked with, Jim Fe 7 Chicagoland dealerships in my search for a pre-owned vehicle, and Honda of Lisle was by far the best one. The sales associate I worked with, Jim Ferris, was knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove, honest about their advantages and disadvantages, and did not pressuring me to make a decision. In the end, I narrowed my choice down to two different cars at two different dealerships, and I decided to purchase the pre-owned Honda from Honda of Lisle because I felt much more comfortable there than at the other dealership (the sales manager at other place was sleazy and pushy.) I would recommend Honda of Lisle to anyone who interested in buying a new or used car. More
