I've never liked the experience of walking into car dealerships but I was greeted immediately and introduced to a salesperson, Debby Brown. I had called ahead, scheduled an appointment, and confirmed that appointment, so I appreciated the fact that I was not made to wait. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. It was friendly and not pressure-filled. I would've found another dealership if that had been the case. I made a second appointment within a week with Debby. I was given the time I needed to look around, test drive cars, and go over the various options and colors available. Debby was patient, informative, and I never felt that she was waiting for me to "hurry up and make a decision". This is a major purchase for me and it's important that I wasn't rushed. I was prepared to buy or lease a car that day but would have postponed my decision if the salesperson hadn't been professional. More
I have shopped at several other dealerships in the "Chicagoland" area and there isn't a better Honda store than this. I had been looking for a Honda Fit in a specific color and was assisted through every option I had available to me. I can not speak highly enough about the thorough approach of the George Paulus and team members in helping me get to final decision, my Fit. The car was extremely clean, inside and out. All paperwork had been processed extremely fast (thanks Tim Korallus), when compared to all other dealerships I have been to. I look forward to writing my next review after dealing with the service department, because I expect the service to be the same. Check out their website, it is one of the better dealership websites I have been on (so much info!). Recommending this dealership to everyone interested in purchasing a Honda, the Volvo, and Infiniti stores are very close also. Thanks again!!! More

We already had a good opinion of this dealership having used it for routine service a number of times after moving here from out of state. When we went to inquire about trading in a leased CRV, Mike Dalpin used it for routine service a number of times after moving here from out of state. When we went to inquire about trading in a leased CRV, Mike Dalpino was very knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us on the pros and cons of trading it in vs. turning it in and helped us make the best decision for our situation. He was patient with all questions and during the extensive teaching session with the new car we purchased. In fact he inadvertantly taught us something we did not know about our 2007 CRV and the tumble down back seat feature that we never knew we had! Obviously we did not receive the same level of teaching at the dealership in Ohio where we bought our 2007. Great experience and we would highly recommend! Thank you! More

I have 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Recently, its back door had problem to hold on when it was opened. I checked Honda web site and found Honda had recall for 2008/2009 Odyssey on EX-L, which is for the exactl had problem to hold on when it was opened. I checked Honda web site and found Honda had recall for 2008/2009 Odyssey on EX-L, which is for the exactly problem. But Lisle Dealership claimed my van's problem can't be covered by recall. They claimed the recall was about power door, even they agreed it was the exactly same problem. I was not happy that I had to pay $130 to get the exact problem fixed on the exact same model of the recall. The stuff in Lisle dealership took it very personal. I had waited for more than 40 minutes to pick up my van. When I tried to mention my case to their manager, he was extremely rude. I will report my case to Honda Corporation and will never go to Lisle Honda dealership for any service. More
